Drucker, el padre del emprendimiento empresarial"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Peter Drucker es considerado el mayor fil\u00f3sofo de la administraci\u00f3n o management del siglo XX gracias a sus decisivas ideas.\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ideas que desarroll\u00f3 por haber crecido en un ambiente rodeado de diferentes posturas sociales de intelectuales, altos cargos de Gobierno y cient\u00edficos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Este austriaco escribi\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 30 libros, cada uno de los cuales, son actualmente reconocidos a nivel mundial. Estas obras se han convertido en gu\u00edas fundamentales para estudiar la carrera de Direcci\u00f3n y Administraci\u00f3n de Empresas, entre otras investigaciones.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>De periodista a cient\u00edfico social<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Naci\u00f3 en Viena, en el seno de una familia intelectual, en 1909, momento en el que esta ciudad era un centro econ\u00f3mico y cultural. Abogado de carrera, se gradu\u00f3 en el D\u00f6bling Gymnasium, Austria, en 1927.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, trabaj\u00f3 como aprendiz en una empresa de algod\u00f3n en Hamburgo. Unos a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s empezar\u00eda a formarse como periodista escribiendo para el Der \u00d6sterreichische Volkswirt. Sus pasos como periodista continuaron en Frankfurt, donde trabaj\u00f3 para el Daily Frankfurter General Anzeiger, al mismo tiempo que, realizaba un doctorado en derecho internacional.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Estados Unidos: su nuevo hogar<\/h2>\n<p>Drucker proven\u00eda de ascendencia jud\u00eda, por lo que, en 1937, con la irrupci\u00f3n del fascismo, se vio obligado a emigrar a Estados Unidos, donde ejerci\u00f3 como profesor en el Sarah Lawrence College de Nueva York. ejerciendo al mismo tiempo de escritor.\u00a0Posteriormente, consigui\u00f3 un puesto como profesor en la facultad de Administraci\u00f3n de empresas de la Universidad de Nueva York.<\/p>\n<p>La carrera de Drucker como pensador en el mundo empresarial, comenz\u00f3 en 1943 cuando realiz\u00f3 sus primeros escritos sobre pol\u00edtica y sociedad, con los que logr\u00f3 acceder a <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #00ccff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ecured.cu\/General_Motors\">General Motors<\/a><\/span>. Su experiencia en esta empresa le condujo a escribir un libro titulado <em>El Concepto de Corporaci\u00f3n<\/em> (un estudio de General Motors Internacional).<\/p>\n<p>Peter Drucker comenz\u00f3 a interesarse y a analizar el hecho de que en una empresa algunos trabajadores tengan m\u00e1s conocimientos sobre ciertas materias que sus propios superiores.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed, Drucker explic\u00f3 c\u00f3mo este fen\u00f3meno desafiaba la corriente de pensamiento tradicional sobre la forma en que deber\u00edan gestionarse las organizaciones. As\u00ed, se convirti\u00f3 en el cient\u00edfico social m\u00e1s influyente del siglo XX y el primero en utilizar la expresi\u00f3n \u201cposmodernidad\u201d, &#8220;privatizaci\u00f3n&#8221;, &#8220;emprendimiento&#8221;, &#8220;direcci\u00f3n por objetivos&#8221; y &#8220;sociedad del conocimiento&#8221; , conceptos que hoy en d\u00eda son globalmente utilizados.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">Sus obras m\u00e1s influyentes<\/h2>\n<p>Entre los m\u00e1s de 30 libros que escribi\u00f3 bas\u00e1ndose en sus an\u00e1lisis sobre el management, destac\u00f3 <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><em>El final del hombre econ\u00f3mico<\/em><\/span> y <span style=\"color: #00ccff;\"><a style=\"color: #00ccff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.emprendices.co\/resumen-del-libro-ensenanzas-de-peter-drucker\/\"><em>El futuro del hombre industrial<\/em><\/a><\/span>. En todas sus obras, su an\u00e1lisis de Administraci\u00f3n, se ha convertido en una valiosa gu\u00eda para los l\u00edderes de empresas, que necesitan estudiar su propio rendimiento, mejorar su productividad y la de su compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Sus aportes al mundo de la administraci\u00f3n y econom\u00eda han sido tan significativos que diversos empresarios se han basado en estos an\u00e1lisis para dirigir sus compa\u00f1\u00edas.
